10. Tariff: A hospital centre for short-term care shall charge $113.25 per day for a private room. That tariff is amended in the following manner:
(a)  for a private room with an area of 9.75 to 11.50 m2, with telephone, washbasin or toilet either private or shared with another room: $139.96 per day;
(b)  for a private room with an area of not less than 11.50 m2, with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $166.66 per day;
(c)  for a private room with an area of not less than 11.50 m2, with telephone and full bathroom shared with another room: $195.51 per day;
(d)  for a private room with an area of not less than 11.50 m2, with telephone and full private bathroom: $225.43 per day;
(e)  for a private room with telephone, private bathroom and adjoining sitting room: $280.98 per day.
A hospital centre for short-term care shall charge a beneficiary $70.16 per day for a semi-private room. That tariff is amended in the following manner:
(a)  for a room with two of the following facilities: telephone, washbasin or toilet either private or shared with another room: $77.40 per day;
(b)  for a room with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $84.65 per day;
(c)  for a room with telephone and full bathroom: $98.85 per day.
Where a room lacks a facility enabling it to be classified at a given price, its rate shall be that prescribed for the category immediately below it.
The tariff prescribed by this section must be posted up in each private or semi-private room. However, it does not apply to rooms in long-term care units of a hospital centre for short-term care.
From 1 January 2001, that tariff shall be indexed at the beginning of each year in accordance with the Pension Index established under section 117 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9).

(b)  for a private room with an area of not less than 11.50 m2, with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $161.81 per day;
(c)  for a private room with an area of not less than 11.50 m2, with telephone and full bathroom shared with another room: $189.82 per day;
(d)  for a private room with an area of not less than 11.50 m2, with telephone and full private bathroom: $218.86 per day;
(e)  for a private room with telephone, private bathroom and adjoining sitting room: $272.80 per day.
A hospital centre for short-term care shall charge a beneficiary $68.12 per day for a semi-private room. That tariff is amended in the following manner:
(a)  for a room with two of the following facilities: telephone, washbasin or toilet either private or shared with another room: $75.15 per day;
(b)  for a room with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $82.18 per day;
(c)  for a room with telephone and full bathroom: $95.97 per day.
Where a room lacks a facility enabling it to be classified at a given price, its rate shall be that prescribed for the category immediately below it.

(d)  for a private room with an area of not less than 11.50 m2, with telephone and full private bathroom: $213.11 per day;
(e)  for a private room with telephone, private bathroom and adjoining sitting room: $265.63 per day.
A hospital centre for short-term care shall charge a beneficiary $66.33 per day for a semi-private room. That tariff is amended in the following manner:
(a)  for a room with two of the following facilities: telephone, washbasin or toilet either private or shared with another room: $73.17 per day;
(b)  for a room with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $80.02 per day;
(c)  for a room with telephone and full bathroom: $93.45 per day.
Where a room lacks a facility enabling it to be classified at a given price, its rate shall be that prescribed for the category immediately below it.

A hospital centre for short-term care shall charge a beneficiary $65.67 per day for a semi-private room. That tariff is amended in the following manner:
(a)  for a room with two of the following facilities: telephone, washbasin or toilet either private or shared with another room: $72.45 per day;
(b)  for a room with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $79.23 per day;
(c)  for a room with telephone and full bathroom: $92.52 per day.
Where a room lacks a facility enabling it to be classified at a given price, its rate shall be that prescribed for the category immediately below it.
The tariff prescribed by this section must be posted up in each private or semi-private room. However, it does not apply to rooms in long-term care units of a hospital centre for short-term care.

(d)  for a private room with an area of not less than 11.50 m2, with telephone and full private bathroom: $207 per day;
(e)  for a private room with telephone, private bathroom and adjoining sitting room: $258 per day.
A hospital centre for short-term care shall charge a beneficiary $64.45 per day for a semi-private room. That tariff is amended in the following manner:
(a)  for a room with two of the following facilities: telephone, washbasin or toilet either private or shared with another room: $71.10 per day;
(b)  for a room with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $77.75 per day;
(c)  for a room with telephone and full bathroom: $90.79 per day.
Where a room lacks a facility enabling it to be classified at a given price, its rate shall be that prescribed for the category immediately below it.
The tariff prescribed by this section must be posted up in each private or semi-private room. However, it does not apply to rooms in long-term care units of a hospital centre for short-term care.

A hospital centre for short-term care shall charge a beneficiary $63 per day for a semi-private room. That tariff is amended in the following manner:
(a)  for a room with two of the following facilities: telephone, washbasin or toilet either private or shared with another room: $69.50 per day;
(b)  for a room with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $76 per day;
(c)  for a room with telephone and full bathroom: $88.75 per day.
Where a room lacks a facility enabling it to be classified at a given price, its rate shall be that prescribed for the category immediately below it.
The tariff prescribed by this section must be posted up in each private or semi-private room. However, it does not apply to rooms in long-term care units of a hospital centre for short-term care.

(e)  for a private room with telephone, private bathroom and adjoining sitting room: $248.21 per day.
A hospital centre for short-term care shall charge a beneficiary $62.04 per day for a semi-private room. That tariff is amended in the following manner:
(a)  for a room with two of the following facilities: telephone, washbasin or toilet either private or shared with another room: $68.42 per day;
(b)  for a room with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $74.78 per day;
(c)  for a room with telephone and full bathroom: $87.53 per day.
Where a room lacks a facility enabling it to be classified at a given price, its rate shall be that prescribed for the category immediately below it.

A hospital centre for short-term care shall charge a beneficiary $61.18 per day for a semi-private room. That tariff is amended in the following manner:
(a)  for a room with two of the following facilities: telephone, washbasin or toilet either private or shared with another room: $67.48 per day;
(b)  for a room with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $73.75 per day;
(c)  for a room with telephone and full bathroom: $86.32 per day.
Where a room lacks a facility enabling it to be classified at a given price, its rate shall be that prescribed for the category immediately below it.

(d)  for a private room with an area of not less than 11.50 m2, with telephone and full private bathroom: $188.71 per day;
(e)  for a private room with telephone, private bathroom and adjoining sitting room: $235.48 per day.
A hospital centre for short-term care shall charge a beneficiary $58.85 per day for a semi-private room. That tariff is amended in the following manner:
(a)  for a room with two of the following facilities: telephone, washbasin or toilet either private or shared with another room: $64.92 per day;
(b)  for a room with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $70.95 per day;
(c)  for a room with telephone and full bathroom: $83.04 per day.
Where a room lacks a facility enabling it to be classified at a given price, its rate shall be that prescribed for the category immediately below it.
The tariff prescribed by this section must be posted up in each private or semi-private room. However, it does not apply to rooms in long-term care units of a hospital centre for short-term care.

(c)  for a private room with an area of not less than 11.50 m2, with telephone and full bathroom shared with another room: $157.24 per day;
(d)  for a private room with an area of not less than 11.50 m2, with telephone and full private bathroom: $180.32 per day;
(e)  for a private room with telephone, private bathroom and adjoining sitting room: $225.02 per day.
A hospital centre for short-term care shall charge a beneficiary $56.24 per day for a semi-private room. That tariff is amended in the following manner:
(a)  for a room with two of the following facilities: telephone, washbasin or toilet either private or shared with another room: $62.03 per day;
(b)  for a room with telephone, washbasin and toilet either private or shared with another room: $67.80 per day;
(c)  for a room with telephone and full bathroom: $79.35 per day.
Where a room lacks a facility enabling it to be classified at a given price, its rate shall be that prescribed for the category immediately below it.
